Question 1

What actually happens in a session?

Accepted Answer

It depends on where you are. Early sessions are mostly conversation — working out what's actually going on when you freeze up or overthink. Later sessions move into practice: structured conversation drills, and eventually walking out with your coach to approach in real situations, with a debrief straight afterwards.

Question 2

How am I matched with a coach?

Accepted Answer

After your consultation call, the founder places you with whichever coach fits your temperament and situation — not whoever has a free slot. You'll work with that same coach for as long as you're a member; you're not passed between people.

Question 3

What if I don't get on with my coach?

Accepted Answer

Tell us within the first two sessions and we'll rematch you at no extra cost — this is a working relationship, and it has to fit. After that, a rematch is still possible, we just ask you to talk it through with us first.

Question 4

Is this therapy?

Accepted Answer

No. Coaches aren't therapists and this isn't a substitute for mental health treatment. If a consultation call suggests you'd be better served by a therapist, we'll say so and won't take you on as a client.

Question 5

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Membership is billed monthly with no fixed contract — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account at any time. You keep access through the end of the billing period you've already paid for.

Question 6

Do you coach people to be dishonest or manipulative?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing here involves manipulation tactics, deception, or treating women as targets. The work is about your own composure, honesty, and ability to hold a real conversation — approaches that rely on tricking someone aren't part of it and aren't something we teach.

Question 7

How private is this?

Accepted Answer

Completely. Sessions are one-to-one and confidential between you and your coach. We don't share your details, and testimonials on this site are anonymised unless a client explicitly asks otherwise.

Question 8

I'm nervous about the first call — what should I expect?

Accepted Answer

Just a conversation. The consultation call is with the founder, not a salesperson — we ask about your situation, answer your questions honestly, and only suggest a plan if we think we can actually help.
